There are a few things that are stressed when designing an effective and appealing presentation, one being the most obvious, your visuals. Incorporating rich images and graphics are definitely crucial, but what about the words that are on each slide? They are the most important component of your entire presentation. Without your words, your PowerPoint is well… Pointless.

3 Simple Elements That Will Make Your Presentation Pop

Raise your hand if you have sat through a presentation that was all over the place… different fonts, different graphics, a different vibe on each page…🙋We know we have! But it doesn’t have to be that way! Here are 3 of the most crucial elements to include in your next presentation in order to make it pop:

1. Fonts

When it comes to fonts – just keep it simple. Our general rule of thumb is no more than 3 fonts per presentation:

  • 1 font for your titles
  • 1 font for your body copy
  • 1 bonus font for pop words, quotes or important data
